The company is engaged in the processing and preserving of fish, crustaceans and molluscs. It was incorporated in October of 2001. The registered head office of the company is strategically located in Malaga, Spain. The company is primarily involved in eviscerating fresh fish by removing heads, fins, scales, bones, and entrails; shucking and packing fresh shellfish; and manufacturing frozen seafood; and processing fresh and frozen marine fats and oils. It principally conducts its business operations within the country.
